The Buddy Dog Difference

Buddy Dog is committed to providing high levels of care and individual attention to our animals. We accomplish this with:

  • An experienced and dedicated staff and volunteers
  • Medical exams for every dog and cat by our staff veterinarian
  • Heartworm tests, prevention and treatment if necessary for all dogs
  • Feline leukemia and FIV testing on all cats
  • Vaccinations
  • Flea and tick control
  • In-shelter spay/neuter program
  • Indefinite stay at our shelter
  • Special Dog program
  • Consults with animal behaviorist, Ray McSoley
  • Outdoor playpens for dogs, outdoor cat porch and indoor playpens for cats
